Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as in-stock when placing your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to immediately contact you by email to notify you that your order will be placed on back-order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be restocked. Most outof­stock items are usually instock within one (1) to two (2) weeks. Certain items we sell may be excluded from our site, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks. We strongly recommend doing a test fit on your vehicle, before installing any purchase.
Every product purchased from Yomato Carbon Fiber Boutique comes with a fourteen (14) day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as damaged, incomplete or mistaken (i.e. we sent the wrong product) by Yomato Carbon Fiber Boutique, which may be replaced, exchanged or returned for a full refund at our sole discretion. Please be prepared to photograph any items that fall in the categories described above.
Any returns that fall outside the categories described above (damaged, incomplete or mistaken), may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of shipment only if the product is unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Products must also be returned in the original packaging. These returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (after any applicable taxes) and all return shipping charges are paid for by the customer. Refunds or exchanges will be issued as soon as Yomato Carbon Fiber Boutique confirms receipt of the returned order. You may be asked to provide return tracking information. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and measurement by our technicians.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will received a notification email stating that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
If no proof of refund is found on your statement, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally, contact your personal bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non refundable.

Individuals are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that returned item will be received.
